Refund/Return Policy

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.  We will evaluate the issue and make it right. There is a 48-hour window (starting when the item is delivered to your shipping address) for these issues. 

We apologize, but we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our items, unless a mistake was made on our part.  All of our apparel items are unisex sizes unless a special order has been placed.  Please verify that you are ordering the correct size by checking the manufacturers sizing chart on our website. If we make a mistake on your item, we will exchange it with the same item that was ordered or issue a refund. You may be required to provide a picture as proof of error and/or ship the item back to our shop.

If your order is unable to be delivered (due to a mistake you have made) and is returned to us for any reason (ex. an insufficient address, refused shipping or non-deliverable address), then we will contact you and you will be required to pay for additional shipping to have the item shipped again.  If the additional shipping costs are not paid within 10 business days, then you will forfeit your item(s) and a refund will not be given.
